Training and Classes Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment and Payment:
a. Enrollment in our puppy classes is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
b. Payment can be made through our designated payment methods as specified.
2. Refunds and Cancellations:
a. All bookings for puppy classes are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency situations. Such situations may include serious illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent attendance.
b. In the event of an emergency, participants must notify us as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of a refund or alternative arrangements.
c. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of the class organizers.
3. Class Notes:
a. In the event of a missed class due to non-emergency situations, participants will not be eligible for a refund.
b. However, class notes and materials will be provided to the participant, allowing them to catch up on the missed content.
4. Transfer to Another Class:
a. If a participant is unable to attend a specific class, they may request to join another class, subject to availability.
b. The participant must notify us at least 48 hours before the original class start time to discuss the possibility of transferring to another class.
c. Transfers will be accommodated based on availability and at the discretion of the class organizers.
5. Training Methods:
a. We strictly adhere to positive reinforcement training methods, which focus on rewarding desirable behaviors and avoiding the use of aversive training techniques.
b. The use of prong collars, e-collars, choke chains, or any other aversive training tools is strictly prohibited during our puppy classes.
6. Class Requirements and Safety:
a. All puppies attending the class must be up to date on their vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be required.
b. Puppies must be in good health and free from any contagious illnesses or parasites.
c. Owners are responsible for ensuring their puppies are on a leash and under control at all times during the class.
d. Participants are liable for any damages or injuries caused by their puppies during the class.
7. Liability:
a. While attending our puppy classes, all owners are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their puppies.
b. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the class, including those caused by other puppies or participants.
c. Participation in the class is at your own risk.
8. Code of Conduct:
a. All participants must treat each other with respect, kindness, and consideration.
b. Harassment, aggression, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class.
9. Media Release:
a. By attending our puppy class, you grant us permission to capture and use photographs or videos of you and your puppy for promotional purposes.
b. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing before the start of the class.
